1. Do we have bathroom and toilets in each room ?

[YES. All rooms have toilets and bathroom with shower or bath. As the hotel has only 20 rooms, we cannot ]

2. Do you have Air conditionned ?

[No, but ... In Paris you should not need any almost all the year, (only some days in August are really hot ...).

3. Do you all speak english ?

[YES. We all speak english, also, some of us speak spanish, portugues or Arabic]

4. How to come from the Airport ?

[It depends from which Airport. From Orly Airport the best way is to take a Taxi, it will cost you about 150f and take about 30 minutes. From Charles De Gaulle Airport, the best is to take the Air France Bus to the Etoile station Carnot, you will be less than two minutes walking from the hotel and it will cost you about 55f per person. 5. How far is the nearest metro station ?

[We are at less than 5 minutes walking to the three metro stations : Charles De Gaulle Etoile, Argentine, Ternes. So you can reach any point in Paris very easily by metro from our hotel. For example, Eiffel Tour and Louvre are at 5 metro stations (about 10-15 minutes), La Defense 1 RER station (5-10 minutes). For the Champs Elysees we are at 0 metro station (in fact you only have to walk 5-10 minutes, just to turn around the Arc of Triumph and your are in ...)]

6. Is the area of your hotel in a touristic area ?

[We are in a "Bourgeois" area of Paris, Just near the Arc of Triumph, so you will be at walking distance from The Arc of Triumph and the Champs Elysees Avenue. Also you can each any area of Paris very easily by metro. We are just near the Poncelet Market which is one of the nicest (but smallest) market in Paris. You will find also many restaurents, shops and stores in the area.]

7. Is the area of your hotel safe and quiet ?

[Again YES. As said in the previous section we are in a "Bourgeois" area of Paris, so it is very safe. As we are in a little street (just between the Avenue Carnot and Mac Mahon), the area is also quiet. ]

8. Do you have non smoking rooms ?

[No. The rooms are clean. Nobody has ever told us that they smell smoke but they are not non smoking ...]

9. Do you have rooms for 3 or 4 people ?

[No. All our rooms are for 1 or 2 people.]

10. What means Twin Double and single rooms ?

[Twin rooms and Double rooms have the same size but the twin rooms is with two single beds and Double room is with a large bed for two. The single rooms are for only one person.]

11. Is you rate on a per person or per room basis ?

[All the rooms are always on a per room basis. If you are two and comes in a double room you have to pay only one time the rate of a double room ...

12. What is the city tax ?

[The city tax is a tax of 1 euro per person and per night that every foreign people sleeping in Paris has to pay. It is giving to the town of Paris and is used to make touristic attraction, repairing monuments etc ...]

13. What is your cancellation policy ?

[You can cancel your reservation up to two days before the arrival date with no charge. In the case you don’t come and forget to cancel we might charge you the first day (usually we do this only in the case we were full and we blocked and losed the room waiting for the client ).]

14. What to put on my confirmation fax ?

[All reservations has to be confirmed by a fax with your credit card number and expiry date. Please mention again the kind of room you like (single, double or twin) your arrival date, departure date, that you are coming from internet (for the internet discount). Precise again the internet special rate you have been given . PLEASE DO NOT FORGET to give us a fax or an e-mail were we can confirm you the reservation. ]

15. Would you like me to write something in your Guestbook ?

[YES, YES, YES, PLEASE ... If you have liked our hotel, please tell the others about. I want to thank very very much all the people that have already put some messages in our Guestbook and also some other (friends now ?) who talk about us in the Newsgroup and to their friends (I won’t give names because I might forget some names and I don’t want to make jealous ...)]

Yes, 3 Crowns is just our english name, our French and Official name is : Hotel Les Trois Couronnes ...
